No. Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. If you'd like dedicated time with one of our team for a reno consultation or project quote, booking ahead means we can make the most of your visit.

Our Auckland showroom is a display space. Clearlite products are available to purchase through our network of plumbing merchants and bathroom retailers across New Zealand. Our team will point you to your nearest stockist.

Is there parking available?

Yes. On-site parking is available at 58 Hillside Road, Glenfield. Easy to get to, easy to park.

Is the showroom accessible?

Yes. Our Auckland showroom is fully accessible, with level entry and wide aisles suitable for wheelchairs and prams. If you have any specific requirements, give us a call ahead of your visit and we'll make sure everything's sorted.

What should I bring?

Your bathroom measurements, wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling, help our team give you accurate, useful advice. Any plans or inspiration photos are handy too. The more you bring, the more we can help.

Does Clearlite offer a warranty?

Yes. All Clearlite products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, and we stock spare parts for every product in our range. Our team will walk you through what's covered during your visit.

Can I get spare parts for my Clearlite products?

Absolutely. Spare parts are a big part of what we do. Clearlite products are designed so that when something eventually needs replacing, you can get the right part quickly and easily, right here in New Zealand. No waiting on overseas suppliers.
