SHIPPING POLICY

TIMEFRAME
Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. In the event of a stock error or other reason we cannot dispatch on time, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to provide an update and, where possible, a timeframe/alternative for a solution.

COURIER
Orders will be shipped via Post Haste and Aramax couriers. Where needed we will use our fragile freight partners to move stock between Islands. 

Please note items longer than 1.4m cannot be delivered to rural addresses and we are unable to ship to PO boxes, Private Bags or ParcelPod Lockers. Contact us and we can help make alternative arrangements.



RURAL DELIVERY
Due to shipping dimension limitations, items longer than 1.4m cannot be shipped to rural addresses. If you place an order for a product too large to ship rurally we will cancel and fully refund your order. Find your local merchant to purchase from here https://clearlite.co.nz/pages/retailers

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Orders can only be shipped domestically within New Zealand.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Here at Clearlite Bathrooms we take great pride in the quality of our products; where possible products are sourced and manufactured in New Zealand. We are proudly locally owned and operated.

ORDER RETURNS

You may return goods within 14 days as long as they are in their original, resalable condition which includes original packaging. It is your responsibility and at your cost to return the goods to us via post or in person. If the goods are returned in acceptable condition, we will refund you the cost of the product, excluding any delivery fee. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee for change of mind returns or where the incorrect item has been purchased.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your online order, please contact us via phone call on 09 444 3780. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we will refund your order in full via your original payment method. If the goods have already been dispatched we will arrange attempt a redirection, if the item arrives to you, you are responsible for returning the goods to us. Once the goods have arrived to us, we will refund you the cost of the product but not the delivery fee regardless of whether the goods have arrived to you and been returned or redirected back to us.

WARRANTIES AND FAULTY PRODUCT

All goods sold by Clearlite Bathrooms are covered by our manufacturer's warranty outlined here -https://clearlite.co.nz/pages/warranty. Please contact us here - https://clearlite.co.nz/pages/after-sales-request-form for any warranty issues with your spare parts, providing your online order number and any photos that may help us determine the fault and resolution for you.

The NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act provide the basis of our online returns policy in regards to any faulty or damaged items. Clearlite Bathrooms retain the right to repair, replace or refund the purchased goods. We are not liable for labour, material or any other costs incurred in removing defective goods and refitting any replacement.
